Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through university degree combined with experience.

  • Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems with ability to make enhancement and leverage on daily work.

  • Requires University degree in any Engineering Field

  • Project Management Professional Certification from PMI Org is an advantage.

  • Capable of Making Dashboard and Summary Reports

  • Multi skilled with other function within work area

  • Skills: Core Champion Program, Project management and Presentation skills

  • Knowledgeable in Engineering Tools: Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job, Lean Application, Pro Certification and 8D, NX and Teamcenter

  • Knowledgeable in Program Management Tools: Primavera or Microsoft Project

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Works to achieve day-to-day objective with moderate impact on work area.

  • Works autonomously with limited supervision on higher, moderately complex projects or assignments

  • Communicates effectively within and outside of own team to explain facts, policies, and practices of the work area to others within the organization.

  • Can influence decision makers with recommended course of action.

  • Problems may span a range of issues of work areas and are typically exercise of discretion and/or judgment, drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures with analysis of the issue.
