Weekend - Part Time
You Will Be Responsible For:
Familiarity with Home Care law and regulation. Assures that patient care meets agency and regulatory standards.
Serves as relief supervisor, primarily on weekends. Responsible for day-to-day operation of agency; delegating patient care activities, management of workflow of all personnel, and RN Intake role.
Coordinates patient care services to assure optimum utilization of resources.
Receives Admission report and reviews Admission OASIS documentation with RN for accuracy, congruency, and completeness.
Assures supervision of all clinical staff working during her shift, that provide direct patient care.
Functions as resource person for field staff.
Responsible for coordination between disciplines within agency.
Assures/provides follow-up on patient care variances and Performance Improvement studies.
Accountability to budget.
Assures 24-hour Registered Nurse on-call coverage and provides back up on call for agency needs.
Maintains proficiency in clinical and assessment skills. Maintains professional and personal growth.
Demonstrates ability to facilitate change.
Functions as Patient Care Manager, Central Intake Nurse, RN Case Coordinator/Staff RN, and any RN Supervisor role.
What You Will Need:
Graduate from a School of Nursing
Minimum one (1) year Home Health experience
Professional Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Florida
Works primarily on the weekends as a clinical supervisor responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. Role includes clinical supervision, intake and assistance with scheduling.
