MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Direct and coordinates the activities of production personnel in a designated manufacturing area, applying knowledge of production methods, processes, machine and equipment, and production capacities. Proactively meets corporate/divisional and organizational requirements for regulatory compliance with all local and federal agencies. Our location in Temecula, CA has an opening for a Business Line Leader.

This role will be for 3rd shift with the shift hours of 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Obtain maximum productivity and efficiency in the designated area of responsibility by creatively coordinating and supervising the work of hourly manufacturing personnel.

• Review and coordinate Sub assembly and (or) Finish Good schedule with the planning group assigned.

• May assist the manager in comply with assigned production schedule to maintain minimum DOH requirements per product and lines.

• Monitors processes and determine actions to assure costs, productivity, yields, lead time, service level, and inventory control activities are in line with business goals.

• Executes production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production process and methods, machine and equipment capabilities, and human resources requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and profession experience.

2 Years related work experience.

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
