Financial Service Professional you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors.

  • The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

  • Our Financial Service Professionals spend their days on a dynamic set of activities including:

  • Problem Solve & Advise: Utilize your critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

  • Research & Navigate: Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for our clients.

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions, emphasizing a team-oriented approach.

  • Career & Community: You’ll also have regular time for coaching, career development activities, participate in ERG events and and other opportunities to connect with colleagues and build community

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced, team environment, are passionate about client service, and are interested in building a career in Financial Services.

  • Must be able available to work between Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm EST

  • College degree HIGHLY preferred, tech-savvy (how many calls/complexity/applications, etc).

  • Knowledge-based support as opposed to reading off the script. Individuals who want to be part of a team-based environment.

  • Passionate about servicing our clients. Interested in building a career in financial services. Willing to invest the time and training for SIE. Hospitality, customer experience.

  • 2+ years in a client-facing service-oriented role, communication skills, digital and multi-tasking capability 8+ different systems.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
