Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in the vibrant city of Phoenix, AZ? We are seeking a skilled individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance operations to join our team. salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical system inspections, and general building repairs.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs and inventory of supplies.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
