Participate in product discovery process by researching outcomes; (2) Define\ customer personas and document primary use cases using wireframing and prototyping\ techniques; (3) Establish and document rules and principles around user interaction,\ usability patterns, responsive layouts, and accessibility for design systems; (4)\ Collaborate with product managers to develop UX/UI deliverables needed to deliver on\ customer outcomes identified in product discovery process; (5) Perform usability testing\ with representative customers and assist product managers with product feature\ acceptance testing; (6) Present UX/UI designs for planned features to internal and\ external stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations; (7) Analyze and\ contribute to definition of product strategy and ensure alignment across product\ management team; (8) Analyze property intelligence data assets and how can be\ leveraged and enriched to increase value of solutions; (9) Analyze how to acquire and\ retain customers, identify points for improvement to streamline needs of business, and\ present solutions to internal stakeholders; (10) Research prevailing market ecosystems\ to stay abreast of industry trends and customer expectations and make\ recommendations to internal stakeholders on required adjustments based on prevailing\ standards. Masters Degree in Communication, Culture and Technology, or UX Design,\ or related field. Functional knowledge in the following: Interaction design on web and\ mobile applications; Managing team members; Service Blueprinting and user\ journey/mapping methodologies and related tools; Information Architecture; Agile\ workflow; Modern prototyping and collaboration tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, Mural,\ Axure (or equivalent)); Jobs-To-Be-Done; Stanford Design School 5-stage process;\ IDEO DeepDive Methodology; British Design Council Double Diamond process; Frog\ Design Collective Action Toolkit; Pendo; Amplitude; Mix Panel; Google Analytics; UX\ design patterns , trends and best practices; Web accessibility guidelines and\ compliance; User testing and research; Designing and running research.
