All Critical Machines Maintenance like Busbar Punching, Bending, Riveting machine, Automated Lines etc.

Tools Stores Monitoring for all Standard tool, Special tools & Fixtures for Maintenance & Replacement

All Fixtures Maintenance in panel & Breaker Assembly lines (Universal fixture, service trucks etc.)

Continuous Support for all Automation Projects

Production Line and Layout Modification Support

Maintenance of Plant Engineering Electrical Equipment's, Infrastructure & Utility

Total Productive & Preventive Maintenance

Spares management for all Maintenance Requirements

SRE Projects Coordinator for Electrical Requirements

Installation & Commissioning of New Machines, Equipment's & Production lines etc.

OEE Monitoring & Improvement

Regulatory and Legal Compliance

Responsible for Ensure Safe working for all Maintenance activities

Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out,

Audit and ensure compliance of the ISO & EHS systems

Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime

Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management

Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.

Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure

Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.

Provide technical expertise for All Electrical Topics to the team

Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.

Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

Capex Projects for Plant Enginering Equipment's & Infrastructure

Desired Skills:

Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Should have at least 15 to 20 years of experience in Maintenance of Switch gear factory Infrastructure

Experience in Plant and utility maintenance, new site set up and leading team.

Should be proficient in English and Hindi

Strong communication and organizational skills.
