We are setting up a competence center set up in Kalwa, Navi Mumbai. We are a supplier of network solutions for the industry and our target is to provide expert technical services for our customers and partners.

Responsibility:

• Review of RFP and Cybersecurity Scope Identification.

• Review of ICS/OT Network solutions from cybersecurity point of view with IEC62443 in focus and providing cybersecurity consulting to project teams.

• Performing GAP Assessment, Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Assessment of ICS/OT infrastructure.

• Preparing RACI Matrix.

• Preparing and maintaining up to date Cybersecurity documentation such as OT Cybersecurity Policy document, SOP’s, guidelines, various process documents as per IEC62443 standard.

• Planning and conducting cybersecurity awareness training programs.

• Being the Individual contributor driving the cybersecurity requirement of the project.

Skills and Competencies (required):

• Bachelor‘s Degree/Masters‘ degree in Telecommunication or Electronics or Comp-IT.

• 4-5 years experience as security engineer/consultant for larger networks.

• Working experience with ICS/OT cybersecurity environment.

• Strong foundation and in-depth technical knowledge in computer security, network security, cryptography, and/or similar fields.

• Basic project management skills essential to track milestones and validate project progress

• The ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, management, staff members, and consultants.

• Proficiency in infrastructure security auditing.

• Expert knowledge of system vulnerabilities and exploits.

• Knowledge of end-user computing, active directory, Anti-virus etc.

• Willingness to learn Automation Solutions and Network and Security standards and best practices for the Industrial environment.

• Good business communication skills.

• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Desirable Knowledge and Skill (not mandatory, advantage to have)

• IEC 62443 Certification or CISSP or GICSP

• Palo Alto, Fortinet, CCNA,CCNP
