Job Overview:

Global Operations department is looking for a Data Coordinator

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Working “hands on” with project class library and data requirements

  • Co-ordinates and manages the data input & requirements throughout project execution across multiple engineering applications (from Hexagon/AVEVA)

  • Liaise with [global] project teams (& Vendors, Sub-contractors as required) to promote, explain and ensure compliance with Data Collection requirements and assist as required to support timely delivery of information

  • Plan and co-ordinate the day-to-day data management activities and collection processes

  • Detect and highlight project scope changes in Data Management

  • Ensure compliance with the Data Quality Management Framework – highlight exceptions and action with source originator

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or IT, or equivalent work experience in Information Management / Data Management

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience Data Coordinator on FEED, EPC and EPCF projects

  • Fully familiar with Engineering, Procurement, Construction project execution requirements for Data Management

  • Conversant with modern ISO-15926 / CFIHOS / JIP initiatives, database driven engineering tools and integrated engineering

  • Strong EPC Contractor’s background with solid understanding of how data is collected, validated, handed over. This includes Tag, Data Coordination & Management SOWs (including best/worst practices)

  • Good understanding of 2D & 3D intelligent applications and data used

  • Good analytical skills and communication and interpersonal skills
