Job Description Summary

All resources and logistic actions required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.

These activities contribute to maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.

Including all types of maintenance services (preventive and remedial), maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analyses and repair of wind turbine generator systems, in Greece and abroad (occasionally) including clarification of any client queries

  • Planning and preventive maintenance actions of wind turbine generator systems.

  • Management of documentation of call

  • Outresponses, fault/troubleshooting and repair work in service reports, logbooks and checklists

  • Coordination of external and internal service providers and contractors on site

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Vocational training in Electrical engineering sector (electrician, power electronics system, mechatronic)

  • Outstanding commitment to Environment , Health and Safety rules and behaviors.

  • English language will be a plus

  • Familiar with MS

  • Office operating system

  • Familiar with PLCs

  • High level of quality awareness; excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems

  • Team player, cooperative, interested in further development and grow.

  • Ability to work at heights and high level of physical fitness

  • Structured mindset and technical analytical abilities

  • High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure

  • Prepared to travel throughout Greece when required and abroad

  • Availability to work occasionally on weekend shift

  • Class B driving license

  • Non- National Candidates are responsible to know the minimum requirements to work in the country. They must be in possession of valid work permit at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.

Desired Characteristics

Electrical/mechanical service or maintenance experience will be the additional advantage
