Job Description:
Could you be our next Payment Analyst?
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Payment Analyst to join our team on a 12-month secondment. As a globally recognised brand, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and our payment solutions play a vital role in achieving this goal. This role will involve facilitating daily operations and providing analysis to support our eCommerce and in-person payment services across our restaurant and corporate teams. Applications close end of day Thursday 4 April.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Support local and global payment solutions and services
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Coordinate outsourced resources for support and development
Ensure compliance with IT policy standards and audit requirements
Participate in application lifecycle management
Identify system and process changes for improvement
Provide operational support and training for stakeholders
Work closely with business units to ensure payment solutions are fit for purpose
Manage product releases and go-to-market plans
Provide subject matter expertise for selected solutions
Participate in relevant business meetings
Provide operational support and training for stakeholders
Qualifications:
Your keys to success:
2-4 years of industry experience in payment and/or technology solutions support
Knowledge of business process change management
Strong problem-solving, analysis, and testing skills
Advanced level experience with MS Office products
Working understanding of project management principles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
Proactive in own self-development
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable skills:
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience in merchant acquiring/payments/financial services
Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Exposure to QSR or FMCG industries
