Job Description
We’re searching for an experienced data analyst to join our team. As a critical team member in International Services Support COE team, the candidate will deal with large amount of service repair data and come up with value added business performance report. Help Geo and function team find out key business issues and work with them to improve. The day to day job will require good services delivery understanding and technical skills (PBI, SQL...) on data analytics. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization.
Collaborate with various departments to design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions to fulfill the business need under considerable deadline pressure
Make recommendations and drive towards consensus regarding the appropriate data sources, business rules, and end product content or format and delivery mechanisms to meet requirements
Transform the business requirements into programs and processes to deliver high quality information deliverables such as analysis management information reporting, data extracts, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
Possess an in-depth understanding of analytical tools and ways of presenting data
Experience of working with large data sets using a range of statistical and segmentation techniques
Technical expertise regarding data models and database design and development, SQL skills
Expertise in Power BI/Power Query, including data modeling, dashboard creation and DAX, certification in Certified Power BI Developer (Passed Exam PL-300 or equivalent) is nice to have
Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis
Excellent problem solving and communications kills
Positive attitude and teamwork
Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
