Main responsibilities
Assess customer requirements and specifications packages to provide technical and commercial FCI solutions
Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the FCI solutions meet the customer demands
Maintain an effective and constructive working relationship with customers and FCI’s distributors
Provide continual sales training to field personnel and participate as trainer in product knowledge workshop activities
Review customer Requests for Quote and create proposals that address technical and commercial needs of customer for high value projects
Collaborate with FCI engineering, quality and project management to create and track critical vendor drawings and document packages for high value projects
Your qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
Experience: 0 – 3 years of related work experience
Personal: Hands-on approach, committed to expansion and success of business, self-learning and pro-active
Knowledge: Ability to learn the company’s enterprise ERP system and online ordering software and must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation or process control industry is a plus
Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally & writing
