Description/Job Summary
Afternoon/Evening Shift
Perform basic tasks including repairs, follow work order descriptions, meet with the client regarding their service request, meet with the FM daily to review scope of work scheduled for the day.
Qualifications required (if applicable):
Hours must be flexible due to weekend projects or overtime.
To work as directed by client and respond to client maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
The use of Hand Tools, Power Tools, and painting, measuring tape.
Must be able to assemble furniture, furniture repair within capability.
Hanging or mounting of Shelving, hanging of picture frames.
Ceiling tile replacement, caulking, patching & painting and other handyman duties.
Detect and report the need for major repairs.
Programing of client lockers
Uniform Must be kept in a clean and professional look.

Commercial painting: 1 year (Required)
