『ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル東京』の総支配人・副総支配人の秘書として、下記業務をご担当頂きます。

《主な仕事内容》

・ ホテルにおける秘書業務のあらゆる面の指揮

・ エクゼクティブ・オフィスの包括的な秘書業務

・ 管理運営のあらゆる事柄に関し、総支配人への直接報告・伝達など

・ 総支配人、副総支配人のスケジュール管理・サポート業務・資料作成など

・ 電話応対、メール対応、通訳・翻訳、議事録作成業務など

・ オペレーション部門へのサポート業務

・ その他付随する業務

《必須要件》

・ 秘書実務業務経験者

・ 対人関係およびコミュニケーションスキル(英語必須)

・ コンピュータースキル(Excel, Word, Power Point必須)

・ 長期勤務可能な方

・ 英語/日本語での通訳翻訳業務経験
