【職務要件】
所属エリア全体及び担当地区に対して、BASF農業用商品の普及販売活動を行う
エリアや担当地区の売上及び普及目標達成の為、戦略を立案し実行する。
顧客管理システムを用いて活動報告及び内容分析をもとに営業効率向上を図る
所属エリアの目標達成の為、下位部員の営業活動をサポートする。
市場、競合（他社、製品等）の情報を収集し解析する
新たな市場開拓を探索し、ビジネスモデルの提案を行う
事業部全体に関わるプロジェクトに参画する

- 大学卒以上
W o r k in g E x pe r i e n c e
- 営業またはコマーシャルまたはマーケティング業務に従事した経験 （業種不問）
T e c hn i c a l & P r o f e ss i o n a l Knowledge
農薬または農業に関する知識
営業活動に関する基本的なスキル（PCスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル）フレームワーク
普通自動車免許
