R&DS事業部には、最先端の新薬開発や大規模グローバルスタディなどの依頼が世界中の製薬メーカーから寄せられ、多岐にわたる臨床試験に携われる機会があります。臨床開発部門におけるラインマネジメント（LM）職として、CRAの育成、パフォーマンス管理・評価ならびにリソースマネージメントを担います。（下記参照）

-CRAの育成を通じたプロジェクトの品質向上

-医療機関へのCRA同行及び同行報告書の作成、モニタリング報告書のレビュー

-CRAのパフォーマンス評価並びに指導

-CRAの目標設定及び、中長期的なキャリア開発のサポート

-教育研修の企画、実施　など

-その他、CRAのマネージメントに関わる業務全般

【必須条件】

　・CRA経験:基本7年以上

　・CRAとして治験の立ち上げから終了までを経験していること

　・CRAとしてLeadの経験があること

　・CRAとして後輩育成の経験があること

【歓迎要件】

　・People management (Line management) 経験をお持ちの方

　・外資系の製薬企業/CRO企業における勤務経験があれば尚可

　・業務で英語を使用している方は尚可

　・オンコロジー領域における試験経験、知識があれば尚可

　・グローバルスタディの経験があれば尚可
