Job Description

ž Prepares and facilitates the communication of human resource information to the staff.

ž Ensures the awareness of critical human resource deadlines among managers and employees.

ž Provides assistance to employees and supervisors in resolving employee relations issues.

ž Contributes to process enhancements across human resource operations.

ž Identifies and implements opportunities for operational process improvements.

ž Mentors junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

ž Demonstrates understanding and application of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.

ž Fosters strong employee relations by accurately interpreting and administering HR policies and programs.

ž Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development, and change.

ž Conducts ad hoc reporting on program effectiveness and other key measurements.

ž Implements structures and strategies to enhance individual and organizational performance, facilitating the achievement of organizational goals.

ž Utilizes analytics tools to derive insights for HR strategies in alignment with local, sector, regional, and/or enterprise business goals.

Program Management and Enhancement:

ž Efficiently manage, govern, and proactively recommend enhancements for various programs offered by J&J.

ž Propose and implement improvements and revisions to programs in collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

ž Oversee, control, and suggest improvements for HR business processes.

Business-Wide Process Enhancement:

ž Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes, formulating proposals for innovative processes.

ž Develop and implement communication strategies with employees.

ž Strategize and execute enhancements to existing operations.

ž Foster cross-sectional and inter-departmental relationships to ensure the delivery of efficient and streamlined services.

Building BSG Capability:

ž Align and educate stakeholders on the scope and value proposition of Business Solutions Group (BSG).

ž Cultivate business proximity, influence key stakeholders, and shape the People Operation Experience (PxO) agenda in the pursuit of best-in-class experiences.

Establishing Governance Framework:

ž Define a clear internal and external interaction model (PxO, Global Services HR (GSHR), and other functions), holding each stakeholder accountable for their responsibilities.

ž Establish transparent escalation paths between business, PxO, and other functions.

Delivering Value-Added Solutions:

ž Facilitate the transition of PxO to a global functional model.

ž Effectively manage stranded work and ensure the successful delivery of critical business transformation initiatives.

ž Position BSG as an incubator of complex solutions, seamlessly coordinating the design and delivery of initial solutions and transferring ownership for ongoing management and improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive Professional Experience:

Possess more than 5 years of distinguished experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Operations, and HR Specialist.

Technological Proficiency:

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Effective Time Management:

Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and efficiently multitask within deadlines while maintaining a commitment to accuracy, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency.

Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments:

Display the capability to interpret ambiguity in rapidly changing environments and independently resolve problems with a solid knowledge base.

Proposal Development and Execution:

Demonstrate the capacity to devise and execute proposals that systematically address problems with a nuanced understanding of underlying issues.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Possess strong communication skills coupled with a commitment to ethics and morality, facilitating effective dialogue with stakeholders, employees, and vendors.

Leadership Qualities:

Exhibit the ability to act as a role model for teammates, whether working independently or collaboratively with others.

Project Management Expertise:

Have experience in project management, showcasing the ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects.

Proficient English Communication:
