Openings: (4 FT / PT (1)Toms River, (1)Brick, (1) Ocean County, & (1) Atlantic / Cape May) Hours 35 37.5 hours per week depending on department, $18-$27/hour Varies based on department education and experience.

Provides Case Management to ensure wellbeing, stability, health, safety and avenues for self-sufficiency of clients. Candidate assists clients with the completion of documents for income eligible programs, assessing employable skills and abilities, housing stabilization, childcare assistance, and so much more while developing and maintaining working relationship with other agencies including Mental Health Facilities, Public Defenders, Social Security Office, DCP&P, Board of Social Services, and more. Documentation, interventions, data input and outcomes are required regularly. Department regularly organizes and participates in community outreach to educate the broader community. Available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
Candidates must have BA / BS in Social Work or related field and/or experience in case management with solid organizational skills. Will consider interns on a part-time basis Proficient in all Microsoft applications and adapt quickly to agency software used. Effective and relatable communication with clients and staff of diverse backgrounds. Prefer candidate to speak, read and write Spanish in addition to English to meet caseload need. Valid Driver's License and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
