Military-Civilian Training Development and Delivery - Ground Crew Equipment - in Topanga, California
Job Title: Training Development and Delivery - Ground Crew Equipment - $500USD/day + incidental - negotiable based on experience Relocation Assistance: Travel and Accommodation in location will be provided. Location: Indonesia The successful candidate will need to fly to the client location, then develop and deliver familiarization training on equipment including: Mobile Light Carts Hydraulic Test Stands Articulating Boom Lifts
Job Duties: Review user manuals and equipment to develop familiarization training for users Deliver training on equipment (in the field) and in a classroom environment as required Stakeholder engagement and management
Basic Qualifications: Qualified ground crew/mechanic or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience Training Development and Delivery qualification or equivalent experience in a military training Must be a US citizen with a Secret or higher security clearance or the ability to obtain one Must be available to travel to Indonesia immediately on employment Available to commence work immediately
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Military Experience preferred but not mandatory Bahasa Indonesian would be of benefit but not mandatory
Other Requirements: US Citizenship required for this Position: Yes Performance Location: Indonesia Relocation Assistance: Travel and Accommodation in location will be provided. Clearance Type: Secret Travel Required: Yes. Role will be overseas.
Working Environment: The usual daily work conditions will be in a variety of workshop, airfield and potentially classroom environment located in Indonesia. The job requires occasional lifting of a computer and other equipment, generally not more than 50 lbs., usually in connection with delivery of training on workshop equipment. The role will require international travel. Duty may include extended work periods beyond 12 hours; air travel more than 18 hours on a single aircraft; outdoor working conditions; and driving for extended periods to work sites.
