As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a support role as you manage projects and administrative initiatives. You will demonstrate high attentiveness to detail, knowledge of the industry and a strong passion to win. This role directly supports the Marketing VP and the marketing team.

How you will contribute

In this role, you will support the Marketing VP in various administrative tasks. You will also support the marketing function in various operational tasks.

VP Marketing Admin Support:

  • Manage calendar & schedule for Marketing VP efficiently.

  • Manage travel arrangements.

  • Manage purchase orders, budget, expenses, purchasing process and receipts through SAP for VP and Directors.

  • Organize and manage meeting agendas, meeting catering, and special events & offsites.

  • Act as first point of contact for any marketing queries and ensure timely flow of information.

  • Share and provide regular updates to SharePoint site, WhatsApp group, org charts, team announcements and distribution lists.

  • Support with the onboarding of new team members and assist with offboarding and asset collection.

  • Assist with marketing leadership team vacation tracking.

  • Foster Culture of community and inclusion on the team by celebrating life milestones, Birthdays etc.

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Marketing Team Support:

  • Assist the team with sample ordering, innovation sample sales and customer meetings.

  • Prepare kitting forms to send to distribution center with instructors for sample assembly and distribution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the marketing team and the distribution center, maintaining and updating product directories.

  • Manage internal translations and legal approval submissions.

  • Assist with cross-border product shipments.

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job specific requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience .

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting Senior Directors & VP level leaders.

  • Proven track record of communication skills and curiosity.

  • Flexibility.

  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving experience .

  • Drive & independence to complete tasks on time .

  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach using network across organization.

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multi agenda topics.

  • Reliable, detail oriented, precise, and diligent.

  • Effective organizational skills .
