THE OPPORTUNITY
The Brand Manager - Canada will be responsible for overseeing the brand strategy for the Canadian business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working close with the Chipotle US Brand Marketing Team, this role will ensure we drive awareness, perception, that our restaurants execute a best-in-class guest experience including but not limited to delivery and in-restaurant experience, and experiential events. The Brand Manager - Canada will focus on five key areas: Digital Performance Insights and Analytics, CRM and Digital Marketing, Delivery Partnership Management, Brand Partnership, and New Restaurant Openings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Chipotle’s core values, mission, and market positioning. Ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Partner with domestic and international teams to localize digital-driven, brand-building paid communications campaigns – supporting both national campaigns and new restaurant openings.
Develop and execute Marketing plans for New Restaurant Openings that align with local market needs.
Support execution of full integrated marketing communications campaigns, across social media (paid/organic), paid search, online/streaming video, PR, and in-store collateral. A successful candidate will have experience in integrated campaign execution, but also has the depth of experience to bring localized insights into creative, media planning, and communication strategy.
Lead the creation, integration, and application of a high engagement, owned social media strategy including the sourcing of best-in-class Chipotle international creative for syndication to Canada, the leading of Canadian-specific cultural content, and support the customer service protocol for social channels.
Develop and lead execution of paid media strategies that support brand objectives including but not limited to, digital, social media, search (PPC), display, and traditional media.
Serve as a key stakeholder to partner with Chipotle’s Product teams to ensure the successful and on-time launch of new digital features and guest engagement opportunities, including the consumer communications needed to surround new feature launches.
Foster high functioning working relationship with Consumer Insights/Data Analytics and the global brand team to utilize to data and insights to understand consumer behaviors, leveraging data to inform Marketing strategies and overall brand position.
Support key promotional drive periods for the Chipotle app and 3rd party delivery partners (DoorDash, UberEats, SkipTheDishes, etc.)
Idenitfy and manage Brand partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and expand Chipotle’s reach within the targeted markets.
Collaborate with International Teams to create compelling on-brand content that resonates with the Canadian Market and effectively communicates Chipotle’s story and brand values
Oversee and ensure efficient allocation of resources of the Brand Marketing budget to maximize ROI

What You’ll Bring To The Table
B.A./B.Sc. in Business or Marketing; or an equivalent in education and experience is preferred
English fluency required, Bi-Lingual (English & French) a plus
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality/retail setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Strong knowledge of leading social media platforms and successful brand strategies (build perceptions and conversions) – both paid and organic.
Knowledge of and the ability to use a PC/Mac with demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Word)
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to manage financial information in a confidential and professional manner
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Action orientated and results motivated
Strong project management and organization skills
A pro-active self-starter who can work in a fast-paced team
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Pay range is $90,000.00–$124,500.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
