What You’ll Do:

The Director, Retailer Platform Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Retailer account and commercial outcomes within the Canada market. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet our retailer business aspirations.

  • ·Act as the key account manager and day-to-day point of contact for key retailer vendor relationships within the Canada market

  • ·Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Retailer Partners and oversee the relationships with internal brand and affiliate partners

  • ·Lead discussions with retailers to drive strategic initiatives and negotiate terms to meet objectives

  • ·Manage brand/retailer-level P&L, monitor financial performance, and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded

  • ·Collaborate with brand leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to individual retailers, ensuring maximum impact and alignment with business goals

  • ·Ensure proper integration into ELC processes including demand planning, supply planning, and sales planning to streamline operations and maximize efficiency

  • ·Provide input and insights for North America's monthly and quarterly business reviews, offering valuable perspectives to drive informed decision-making

  • ·Ensure that the US content strategy is effectively localized for the Canadian market, considering cultural nuances and preferences to maximize relevance and engagement

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • ·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • ·Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, preferably within the retail or CPG

  • ·Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and achieving financial targets

  • ·Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • ·Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

  • ·Ability to develop/execute innovative marketing strategies, strong analytical & data interpretation skills

  • ·Experience working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating with diverse teams

  • ·Strong time management skills allow you to successfully work across multiple brands concurrently

  • ·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $124,000 to $186,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
