The opportunity

CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide administrative and research support in an upbeat team environment.

The Real Estate Services Assistant will work alongside, and is a valued member of, a highly successful sales professional and will operate with a high level of autonomy. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

Manages the day-to-day operations of the team and its client projects.

Manages information databases and uses data to generate ad hoc reports as required.

Coordinates on/offsite meetings and property tours.

Manages the coordination of advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.

Gathers supporting documents to complete voucher forms.

Read and regulates sales professional’s Outlook inbox and calendar.

Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

Research market trends.

Assist sales professional with preparing legal documents.

Carry-out special projects as requested.

What we require

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education (We do not require a background in Real Estate).

Experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, would be considered an asset.
