The Role:
Responsible for collecting ticket sales reports from all venues
Responsible for compiling and distributing daily ticket sales reports to internal and external personnel
Fulfillment of ticket requests/orders
Balance ticket sales records at the close of each business day
Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Provide exceptional fan service both internal and external
Take pride in the organization and its people; maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge of ticket administration
Exceptional written, oral and electronic communication skills
Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven time/priority management skills and reliable at adhering to time sensitive deadlines as required
Knowledge of the Ticketmaster Host System an asset
Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction
A demonstrated pride in accuracy and efficiency
A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Stationary position for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; movement throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; ability to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; move up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
