Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team as a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our inventory and logistics data, utilizing tools such as Excel and QuickBooks. Your primary focus will be on the accurate and efficient input of customer order data. Fluency in both English and Japanese is a significant advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry of customer orders into Excel and QuickBooks systems

• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all details are up to date and accurate

• Assist with the resolution of any data discrepancies or issues

• Utilize your bilingual skills to facilitate communication with our Japanese-speaking clients and partners

• Participate in typing tests to ensure the accuracy and speed of data entry

• Support other team members with clerical tasks as needed

• Uphold a positive attitude and a quick learning ability in a fast-paced work environment Requirements • Proven experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar financial role

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial data

• Experience in data entry and ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Knowledge of asset inventory processes and procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of general accounting procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
