Lead the Way to Excellence:

As the Outpatient Pediatric Behavioral Health Manager, you will develop and implement a range of crisis and residential treatment services for youth. You will create a dynamic team and service delivery to help the youth in our community. This management role is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of a grant from the Michigan Hospital Association to expand pediatric behavioral health services for Munson Healthcare.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

Master’s degree in human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling, nursing)

State of Michigan Counseling License required with either LMSW (License Master’s Social Worker or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor or Registered Nurse)

Two years of experience in the field of behavioral health is required, five years preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in substance use disorders, mental health treatment concepts and applications including evidence-based practices.

Experience with clinical supervision of behavioral health treatment staff in health care setting.

Ready to Make a Difference? Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinates the delivery of Outpatient Behavioral Health clinical day-to-day operations, including practice standards, staffing, quality improvement and outcomes.

  • Keeps Practice Administrator and other Leadership team members informed of activities, decisions, and assignments as appropriate.

  • Leads Clinic meetings related to clinical care and other team meetings within the clinic.

  • Provides periodic clinical back-up coverage as needed for consistent patient care.
