Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join a small civil engineering firm, taking on a project management role within a diverse project portfolio. The portfolio includes storm water modeling, storm water design, commercial and light industrial permitting and design, retail projects, public projects, and utilities infrastructure. Responsibilities include interfacing with clients, client communications, writing proposals, budgeting, reviewing design work, compiling plan sets, and assisting designers. PE certification is preferred, but we are open to EIT level candidates with project management experience.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Troutdale, Oregon and some days remote.

Work Environment

Located in a beautiful office in downtown Troutdale, the firm features natural light and an open-air concept. Emphasis is placed on being in the office, however, hybrid work arrangements are available if needed. You will be part of a small team consisting of 3 PEs and 2 designers. The firm operates with a flat structure, allowing each member to work on a variety of projects.
