Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee the technological infrastructure and strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT systems, with specific expertise in Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365 environments. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT systems, and driving innovation to support our business objectives. As the IT Director you will be responsible for strategic Planning, developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The IT Director will oversee the infrastructure management, design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365 administration.

Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Solid understanding of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support organizational objectives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
