Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Tucson, Arizona

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Tucson, Arizona. This role primarily revolves around the telecom industry and requires an individual capable of handling customer service tasks efficiently. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, taking charge of processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.

• Process customer credit applications swiftly and accurately.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any irregularities.

• Act promptly to collect delinquent payments and resolve credit issues.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed service goals.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to customer service.

• Utilize Customer Service skills to enhance the customer experience.

• Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements • Must have proficiency in Customer Service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous

• Must have excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure

• Must have a high level of patience and empathy for customers

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, and on holidays if needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field is a plus.
