Description Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health with Providence Home Health in King County. $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payments. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with rotating weekend coverage Service Area: North King County (Seattle to Shoreline) Job Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse assists the Registered Nurse in the planning and delivery of nursing care and to assist with the rehabilitation of patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. The RN develops a treatment plan which is instituted in accordance with physician orders. The LPN also assists in educating patients to promote self-care. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
