SUPER SAGLESS Customer Service Manager in Tupelo, Mississippi

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Customer Service Supervisor to help support our Home Furniture business. Our Home Furniture business brings an intense focus on the customer, innovation, world-class manufacturing capabilities, and a global footprint together to create full package solutions for the industry. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to play a critical customer-facing role responsible for facilitating and expediting customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. This position oversees order status communication, pricing, availability, production scheduling, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

So, what will you be doing as a Customer Service Supervisor?

· Check product availability, lead times, and work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to accelerate orders

· Serve as the key liaison communicating order status updates and constraints proactively to customers/sales teams

· Manage all customer inquiries and complaints - troubleshoot order concerns and mitigate risks

· Maintain updated pricing in systems and support Customer Service Representatives with quoting needs

· Oversee return authorization paperwork and process customer returns/PDNs per company policies

· Lead complex problem-solving activities and continuously identify process improvement opportunities

· Develop strong working knowledge of offerings to accurately review orders and recommend optimal solutions

· Handle very complex customer order scenarios independently leveraging sound judgement

· Regarded as a subject matter expert in Order Management and customer data/analytics

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

· 2+ years in Order Management or Customer Service roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment

· Excellent communication, account management, and analytics skills

· Strong aptitude and focus working with complex data in enterprise systems

· Demonstrated ability to apply policies flexibly to resolve order issues

· Remarkable professionalism and customer service orientation

· Outstanding multi-tasking abilities amid shifting priorities

· Tenacious problem-solver willing to take ownership of issues

· Collaborative partner able to build strong working relationships companywide

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
