Job Description
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the direction, assessment, development, planning and evaluation of Elder-centered care following the policies and procedures of Methodist Senior Services in a Green House environment and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations as well as supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurses and evaluating the work performance.
Requirements
Education Requirements
RN degree from an accredited nursing program, college or university.
Minimum Qualifications
Current unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of Mississippi. Minimum working experience of one year in a hospital, long-term care facility or other health care institution; must be 21 years of age; cannot be a resident of the facility; shall have verification that he/she is not listed on the “Mississippi Nurses Aide Abuse Registry”.
