Grape Supply Administration Officer

12-month contract – Based Barossa Valley or Magill

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Sourcing & Viticulture, this role will provide diverse administrative support across a range of areas across equipment, capital project, harvesters, grape freight and grower payment support.

  • Manage and coordinate equipment leasing for ANZ Supply

  • Maintain equipment database

  • Co-ordinate budgets/forecasting/5 year plan submission for capital projects for ANZ Viticulture

  • Maintain Carrier registrations and payments during vintage

  • Support Grower payments as required

About you

With well rounded communication and prioritisation skills you will have good attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles

  • Business/Accounting Studies

  • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Ability to meet tight timeframes

  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills

  • Ability to manage and work with data sets
