Spherion Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Bilingual in TYLER, Texas

Job description

A Customer Service Representative handles a variety of member service calls, resolves account issues, and collects payments/orders. A Customer Service Representative completes and maintains related reports, records, and files.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand related regulations, statues, and filing requires as related to financial services
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on a daily base
  • Cross-sells products and services and supports all functions
  • Problem solve member situations by carrying out detail and understanding customer needs
  • Prepare miscellaneous documents and reports and maintaining related records
  • Complete outbound communication such as courtesy calls to members
  • Perform efficient, effective and accurate teller functions

Qualifications

  • High school education or GED
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Cash Handling Preferred

**Must be available between 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday occasional Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
