Robert Half is seeking a data entry specialist for our client. This manufacturing company in the Union County area is looking for a data entry specialist. This role will require someone to enter large volume of data. The data will include SKU’s, purchase orders, and invoices. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience. This role requires experience in a major ERP system. Any experience with Sage X3 is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems.

• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entries.

• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.

• Updating records as needed to reflect new data or changes.

• Identifying and correcting data entry errors.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry, data management, or related fields may be preferred.

• Proficiency with data entry software, databases, and spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
