Position Summary:
The Administrative Secretary assists the administrative director with word processing spreadsheets and answering the telephone. Facilitates communication between the Arrow division and external agencies.
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS H.S. Diploma/GED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS None Specified EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2 years Admin Secretary General - Administration or General - Office Manager SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience and proficient in Excel. Must also be familiar with Word and comfortable learning multiple other computer programs and office equipment including calculators and copy machines.
Essential Functions:
Assists in coordinating meetings for the Director
Assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Keeps records of all Arrow Ambulance and office staff.
Maintains office and supplies for the Arrow division
Provides routine office and clerical support to department staff, as appropriately delegated.
Monitors, updates and creates policy and procedures
Updates and keeps current internal web page(s)
Assists in coding all bills for payment
Completes all payroll records and trains all new employees in payroll system
Sets up ride time and clinical hours for students at Arrow and the hospital ems
Completes and submits all SVR stats and reports
Tracks and submits infomation for Community Benefit report
