  1. Perform the task of hooping or clamping garments, trimming of backing material and thread, re-threading needles, changing thread, needles, and bobbins, folding and packing items, and inspecting for quality.2. Operate, monitor, and adjust embroidery equipment, including understanding and following all safety operational protocols in place.3. Maintain industrial standards of quality for all items being produced and/or shipped, including measuring items using a ruler and reading, understanding, and following operating and quality instructions.4. Perform general maintenance on embroidery equipment to ensure the proper operation of tools and equipment.5. Assist in other areas of operation as needed including screen printing, heat transfer, material handling, packaging and assembly, etc.6. Take an active part in all physical inventories.7. Actively participate in corporate safety by creating a safe working environment and practicing safe and proper work habits and equipment use.8. Comply with corporate and safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

    Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent.2. Two (2) years experience in the sewing industry or in machine operation.3. A combination of education and work experience that is substantially equivalent to the above.4. Must be able to lift in excess of 25 pounds properly.5. Must be able to differentiate colors.6. Must have fine motor skills and dexterity.7. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.8. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks
