About the role

Job Description Summary

Responsible for developing a portfolio of National Accounts in key growth verticals to develop new lines of business and grow market share for CHVAC Service Sales.

Works as a strategic partner and advisor with key clients to discover new opportunities by working together for mutual benefit.

Drives Sales through working with customers to identify and close Sales Opportunities across the full range of Carrier CHVAC Service Solutions including Service Agreements, Repairs, Parts, Modernizations and Controls.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience working in a service based, technology/equipment industry

  • Experience in managing a portfolio of Strategic Accounts is essential

  • Skilled in professional value-based selling processes and techniques in a B2B environment

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop senior customer stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed corporate environment including Local Sales, Sales Operations, Service Operations, Product and Global Account teams

  • Extensive experience of working with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Office, and other business applications

Responsibilities

  • Builds long-term relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Experience in developing senior level relationships

  • Works with the Europe Service Strategic Account manager to provide local input with strategic accounts

  • Identifies, qualifies, and develops a pipeline of Sales Opportunities for a Key Accounts Portfolio

  • Leads the customer account planning cycle ensuring account plans are in place with each assigned customer aligned to their needs and expectations of Carrier

  • Identifies customer needs and develops solutions and proposals aligned to the customer’s buying cycle

  • Negotiates contracts to deliver Orders, Sales & Margin targets

  • Closes Sales opportunities and coordinates customer onboarding

  • Embraces Salesforce CRM to record Leads, Contacts, Activities, Opportunities and create an accurate forecast of Orders.
