About the role

Job Description Summary:

Experienced inside sales professional working indpendently to generate leads, meet performance goals, and provide support to customers. May also provide input to team members. Responsible for improving processes to enhance inside sales performance.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience working in a service based, technology/equipment industry

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and diagnostic capability

Strong numerical competency and writing skills

Proven problem-solving skills

Extensive experience of working with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Office, and other business applications

Responsibilities

Identifies customer needs and develops solutions and proposals aligned to the customer’s buying cycle

Leverages local Sales and Service Operations input where necessary in preparing solutions & bids.

Develops and delivers Sales Presentations & Proposals

Negotiates contracts to deliver Orders, Sales & Margin targets

Closes Sales opportunities and coordinates customer onboarding

Gathers and provides timely Market Intelligence, Customer Feedback & Competitor Analysis
