Senior Pricing & Contracting Specialist – Netherlands

Looking for a job in a dynamic environment and making impact on patient outcomes?

In this exciting Data Driven role within our Commercial Excellence organization, you are developing our Pricing Strategy & implementing this in our Contracting, making dashboards, monitoring outcomes and guiding our Sales Organization to the best Data Driven outcomes.

Your key responsibilities and the impact YOU will make:

  • Leads pricing and contracting processes in the assigned accounts.

  • Be the owner and guardian of the pricing strategy and policies to be able to win with our customers and drive patient satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Automate processes around offering, contracting and approvals.

  • Provides analytical, project, systems and data support to support business decision making. Reviews and translates data into practical tactics for a variety of initiatives and provide recommendations to enable the achievement of sales objectives through price strategies.

  • Provides analytical support to supervise and analyze outcomes to provide insight in strategic and operational progress and effectiveness.

  • Provides commercial advice to the Bids & Tender and Account Management Team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Data (Analyst / Science), or equivalent experience (Pricing, Finance, Data Analytics, Sales & Marketing).

  • Broad analytical skills and aim to analyze and synthesize data to come to operational and strategic insights.

  • High level of computer literacy and presentation skills.

  • Experience in working with (large) data sets and Dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

  • Strong project management skills, able to handle complexity and deliver critical projects.

  • Ability to work in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances with incomplete information.

  • Ability to connect and optimally collaborate across a diverse group of business and cross-functional partners.

  • Driven by results & excellence in the job.

  • Leadership skills in order to influence and provide guidance to peers and seniors.

  • Integrity and Credo-based leadership.

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape or environment where value selling is the key driver.

  • Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company.

  • Experience in deeper Data Analytics and Automation tools (DataIKU, SQL, DAX scripts, PowerApps, Power Automate)
