Job Description

Laundry Attendant - Full Time

As a laundry attendant, your care and attention to detail in laundry operations will ensure exceptional standards are met. You will take pride in facilitating a memorable experience for every guest. 

What you will be doing:

  • Carry out various functions within the Laundry department

  • Sort soiled linen and report any damaged or marked linen

  • load and unload washing machines and dryers as required

  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards

  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Highly responsible and reliable

  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.  The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
