Insight Global Scrum Leader in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is in search for a Scrum leader to join one of the largest retail companies located in Vancouver on a 6 months contract basis with the expectations to be on-site 3 days/week. In the role, you will be joining the Web Experiences and Platforms, and you will be the scrum leader for the Micro Web App project. Currently, they are focusing on rolling out three initiatives: Application Performance Monitoring Strategic approach, moving into a new Infrastructure V3 migration, and implementing scorecards so engineers can understand the health of their dashboards. This team consists of high performing (9) engineers, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager, that you will be partnering with closely to lead the scrum practices. Your role involves leading scrum practices, addressing impediments, and fostering a proactive problem-solving environment. Additionally, you'll adapt your project management expertise to create actionable items. A key aspect of this role is infusing positivity and excitement within the team by celebrating achievements and creating a sense of community. Skills and Requirements

Over 5 years of Scrum Master experience, preferably in Retail Application Development, E-commerce, Digital, or enterprise environments.

Technical Initiative Involvement: Proven track record of successfully leading technical initiatives.

Possesses an in-depth knowledge of Agile structures across diverse organizations, enabling the implementation of effective strategies tailored to specific contexts.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Highly adaptable and flexible in ambiguous environments.

Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools. Scrum Master certification null
