Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with global customers to understand their needs. Collaborate closely with the design team to translate customer insights into concrete design solutions.

  • Work closely with engineers and designers, operating at a high velocity to rapidly develop minimum viable products. Iterate based on data and customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of the product.

  • Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities for a specific area. Define product roadmap and strategy, drive alignment with cross-functional partners.

  • Optimize the end-to-end experience with AI capabilities, ensuring a transformative experience for customers.

  • Implement Product-Led-Growth strategies to drive both usage and revenue growth.

  • Contribute to a culture that fosters creativity, diversity, and inclusion. Take proactive steps to make the team an inspiring and inclusive place to work.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience shipping enterprise-quality products and managing complex projects with multiple partners and dependencies.

  • 2+ years of experience iterating products using an experiment-based system.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to resolve complex problems requiring cross-organization strategy alignment and ample experience working with global partners.

  • Leadership and building clarity during periods of uncertainty and ambiguity by focusing on subtracting and simplifying.

  • Experience working on AI services or a track record of boosting usage through Product-Led Growth strategies.

  • Passionate about defining and analyzing data, with a particular emphasis on feature experiments.

  • Passionate, creative, and customer-focused, and driven by a growth mindset and a desire to learn and improve.

  • Fostering healthy and inclusive culture, promoting positive interactions, contributing to others.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,000 - CAD $193,200 per year.
