TEKsystems Customer Care Specialist - Early AM Shifts in Vancouver, Washington

Customer Care Specialist needed for high end baby retail products supplier - Vancouver, WA.

THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE!

Pay: $18-21/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5am-1:30 or 7:30am-4pm

Expected Start: ASAP

Job Description:

Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims

Assist customers from start to finish, often times requiring multiple touch points

Log call data into computer system

Track logistics of packages and administrative work

Skills:

Customer service, Customer support, Call center

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred)

Accurate typing and spelling required

6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)

Typing 40+WPM

Experience Level:

Entry Level
