The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood products manufacturing and a demonstrated history of progressively responsible roles in plant operations. This role requires someone who is not only dedicated and eager to learn but also driven to make a significant impact on our operations. The successful candidate will be coachable, possess a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and be committed to fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position is the beginning stage in the line of progression to becoming a Production Supervisor. Successful candidates will be expected to continually strive for, and progress towards, full supervisory responsibilities and be ready to assume the role of Supervisor when it comes available.
