As the Global Strategic Partnerships Brand Manager your role will involve supporting and leading key strategic partnerships. You will act as a cross-functional connector, responsible for leading complex and matrix teams, both internal and external, to drive successful partnerships and bring clarity to ambiguous situations. Regularly presenting to top management internally and externally, you will be required to influence senior stakeholders with integrity while representing the Nespresso brand to top global executives.

Your responsibilities will include end-to-end management of key strategic partnerships, such as identifying new partners, scoping projects, developing business cases, negotiating agreements, overseeing product development, ensuring internal alignment, leading and managing workshops, and developing go-to-market strategies.

A Day in the Life of the Global Strategic Partnerships Brand Manager

  • Support strategic, operational, and executional plans by partnering with senior managers to develop product strategies, commercial value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for strategic partner brands

  • Lead partner discussions, negotiations, and workshops to drive clear launch and execution plans for concrete projects and pipeline

  • Serve as project leader for a selection of partners in the luxury food, drink, and new brand territories

  • Conduct new business case and financial reviews, and develop new business models

  • Manage day-to-day project management, including timeline and task management

  • Provide 360 project team leadership across various departments, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment

  • Create strong partnerships with external partner brands, internal Nespresso and Nestlé stakeholders, and external agency partners

  • Deliver campaigns by developing creative ideas, leading the campaign brief and pre-production process, overseeing shoots, and ensuring coherent adaptation of communication executions

  • Responsible for overall budgeting for core projects/partners

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent in marketing or business

  • 10 years of experience in marketing and/or product management, with ideally 3 years in a global role

  • Experience working on brand partnerships and collaborations is a plus

  • Previous experience working for a luxury brand and/or brands with a direct business model

  • Proven people management and leadership skills, including leading multicultural teams

  • Proven track record in managing complex, matrix organizations

  • Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to lead business case development

  • Strong analytical and creative mindset

  • Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and continuous change

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
