Role:

This position requires individuals to be well organized, detail oriented, and able to take direction and work well as part of a team. Applicants must be able and willing to follow all company policies and procedures and be flexible with scheduling.

Role Responsibilities:

• Travel with driver on delivery routes;

• Assist driver with offloading product;

• Perform the delivery function with excellent customer service in mind;

• Comply with all safety rules and procedures and Ministry of Transportation laws;

• Assist transportation team members, complete tasks and meet customer service requirements;

• Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record;

• Use proper lifting techniques;

• Other duties may be assigned.

• Is willing to drive Environmental, Health and Safety performance by acting as an example and holding their team accountable to complying with EHS programs, policies, and requirements.

• Responsible for compliance with all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comprising Sysco’s Food Safety Program, specific for the assigned role.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):

• Must be detail oriented and well organized with good communication skills;

• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines;

• Ability to work in all weather conditions;

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
