IHG Well - Being Coordinator - InterContinental Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates

We’re searching for an Well - Being Coordinator who is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of HR department.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Coordinates with employees and utilizes employee feedback and available data to design, deploy, and evaluate effective wellbeing programs.

  • Performs mediations to resolve workplace conflicts.

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence, processing of invoices, etc

  • Track and maintain files of candidates. Ensures that all filing system is organized, maintained and up-to-date.

  • Deals with and prepares routine correspondence for the Cluster Director of Human Resources.

  • Managing the HR stationary: Collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring that they match the departments purchase requests.

  • Fully in charge of the department’s stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.

  • Assist the Government Relations team with day to day admin related tasks

What We need from you:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Hospitality degree or Diploma

  • Available to join immediately
