As the Senior Clinical Consultant, you will identify organisational opportunities to improve quality of care and patient safety and influence client clinical workflow design strategy. You will also coach and mentor other clinical consultants and contribute to internal team value.

Responsibilities
What you will do
Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes
Consult with client to create a strategic value measure plan resulting in value achievement across clinical workflows
Analyse and interpret data to identify key performance indicators for maintaining business continuity and create mitigation plan to address risk areas
Identify organisational opportunities to improve quality of care and patient safety
Guide the development and management of transformation strategies
Influence client clinical workflow design strategy
Influence adoption of new workflows to drive benefits realisation
Coach and mentor other clinical consultants
Contribute to internal team value
Travel up to 80%
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare or related field with 4 years relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of licensed healthcare practice experience with experience leading & managing teams
Minimum 4 years of clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
Experience of working with Cerner/Oracle Health solutions within a clinical setting or supporting solution HCIT
